⚖️ Counter-Notification Process

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification that must include:

  1. Your name, address, and email address.

  2. Identification of the content that was removed and its previous location.

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.

  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the local court where your address is located.

  5. Your electronic or physical signature.
